| passer (A3) and candidate (A1) are human, the cone is two octants (+-90 deg); otherwise
| the native test. Replaces cmp.l #$10000,d0 at $BD3A (jsr, its bhi.w follows; rts keeps
| the flags). The scoring patches (moveq #0,d2 -> lsr.l #8,d2 at $2FF01C / $2FF1E2) keep
| humans far ahead of CPU skaters but let the nearest human win with three or four players.
