# Website structure and Games landing —2026-11-03

The current public NHL94 address is **https://games.jdc.se/nhl94/**.
The domain homepage https://games.jdc.se/ shows the supplied original Manager and
NHL94 logos side by side on desktop; small screens stack them. NHL94 opens the
NHL94 site; Manager retains its existing destination.

Apache's required directory-level .htaccess remains at the project/domain roots.
Private .workspace/.htaccess remains in place. Seven game-builder image inputs
have same-inode hard-link aliases in site/tools pointing to their canonical image
bytes in pics/tools. This keeps all444 qualified source bytes/build paths exact
without duplicate image storage. Relative symlinks were tested and rejected by
SSHFS; they were replaced with NAS hard links before final source/ZIP validation.
The large immutable private test history has not been recursively rewritten.

Stable relative public URLs continue to work: image aliases, download URLs,
notes, team data, source viewers, historical galleries, film and byte-range media.
Current main/team image links explicitly use pics. Historical image and HTML
bytes remain unchanged. The domain's old Manager catch-all now excludes nhl94.
PHP handlers resolve the new physical data/source/private-statistics directories;
admin HTTPS redirects use the Games domain. The tools/source ZIP generator and
team-data exporter now target the current layout.

## Verification

2,564 image/artifact/source/link checks PASS before adding this report:909 images
checked at both new and legacy URLs,444 exact raw source files, unchanged current
ROM/IPS/QA report, ZIP source hashes, movie byte ranges and homepage links.
Private workspace requests return403; absent/private source-viewer targets404.
Thirty real public browser screenshots individually opened at1440,390,320: no
missing images or document-width overflow. Wide source lines and roster tables
use their own horizontal scroll; no claim that code lines wrap is made.

Its existing125/125 qualification is retained; this website-only move does not
change native code, trigger a new ROM release, clear saves or launch/close RetroArch.

## Separate ordered game follow-ups

Still pending after website recovery: change the in-game startup address to
https://games.jdc.se/; investigate slow main-menu navigation and intermittent
music restarts, especially after a completed match. These require native evidence
and the ordinary new-ROM release policy. No game fix is claimed by this web change.

Actual browser clicks on the NHL94 logo reach /nhl94/ at all three widths.
The film plays beyond its first second and decodes AAC audio at all three widths;
source-code horizontal scrolling moves within its own pre without page overflow.

An initial navigation observer incorrectly equated document width with viewport
width while ordinary scrollbars consumed15 pixels; repeating with the same hidden
scrollbar setting as the screenshot harness preserves the original equality and
passes. No production code change was needed. Raw diagnostic retained privately.
